This project included the renovations to the elementary school and improvements to the existing traffic flow, parking and storm water runoff for the existing School property. Atlantic South’s portion of this project involved providing the design to improve the existing parent drop‐off loop, providing additional parking, and improvements to the storm water runoff for the site. We were also responsible for providing specifications and obtaining SCDHEC permits. ASCS provided civil site design for the project and TiGroup provided the architectural design.
