This project consisted of the development of 11.49 acres of a 24.98 acre tract located in Alcolu, SC. It consisted of surveying, design, and permitting for 30 single family residential lots and an amenities area. It required a new system and sanitary system along with a sanitary sewer pump station to tie into the existing water and sewer system along Sumter Highway. This project required a Professional Engineering Report and an Environmental Study to obtain USDA funding to support the project.
