With extensive practical and professional experience in the A/E/C industry, our expertise covers all aspects of infrastructure design, design-bid-build, construction, site development, construction inspection, utility coordination, construction management, schedule control, and quality assurance and control, meeting all CQMC Certification requirements.

Atlantic South Consulting Services was started in February 2004 by Adrian Williams as a minority-owned company committed to customer service, integrity, and quality service. Atlantic South Consulting Services was designed to provide engineering, surveying, and construction inspection services to the private and public sectors. In 2016, Adrian Williams became the sole owner of the company. The company was relocated from its original Charleston location to North Charleston, SC. To meet the evolving trends and growth in services offered, the company underwent a significant rebranding and name change in June 2019 from Atlantic South Consulting Services, LLC to Atlantic South, LLC. Today, the company has grown by 30% since 2016. Atlantic South remains committed to the values and integrity it has built and sustained in the company.
