The project involved developing approximately 220 acres into a mixed-use community in the Charleston neck area, 2 miles north of the historic district. Atlantic South provided construction inspection services for Phase 1 of the project, which included building a 1400-foot bridge from Petty Street that crosses the marsh and ends on the Magnolia site. Phase 1 also encompassed road improvements on Petty Street and within the proposed site.
